    How fast will I get my licence key?
    Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your key and setup instructions are emailed to you. If a few minutes go by with nothing, check spam before contacting us.
    My licence key isn’t working — what now?
    Email us your order number and a quick description of what’s happening. We’ll verify the key and either send a working replacement or process a refund — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
    Can I get a refund?
    Yes, within 90 days of purchase for any licence that hasn’t been activated yet, with no restocking fees. Full terms are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
    How do I actually install and activate Office?
    Head to setup.office.com, sign in with your Microsoft account, and enter the key from your delivery email. Our Installation Guide walks through every step if you’d rather follow along.
    How many devices can I use one licence on?
    That depends on the specific product — Microsoft sets the device limit per edition. Check the product page before you buy, or just ask us and we’ll confirm.
