1Order Acceptance

Belkode LLC reserves the right to refuse any order placed through our website, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion.

These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing information. If we change or cancel an order, we’ll notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

3Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method you’re using is yours and authorized for use, your billing information is accurate and complete, and you have sufficient funds or credit available to cover the order total.

We reserve the right to verify payment information before processing any order. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled without prior notice.

4Pricing & Billing Accuracy

We make every effort to keep all prices on our website accurate and up to date. In the rare event of a pricing error, we’ll notify you before processing your order, and you’ll have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state of residence, in accordance with applicable US tax laws.

5Payment Security

After a completed transaction, we only retain your billing information, order details, and the last 4 digits of your payment card for reference purposes — protected under the same PCI-DSS-compliant safeguards.

6Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If something about a charge on your account doesn’t look right, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — we’re committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Chargebacks should only be filed for genuinely fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. We reserve the right to investigate and dispute illegitimate chargebacks, and filing one for a delivered order without contacting us first may affect your ability to place future orders.

7Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by email. Because delivery is instant and automated, we’re only able to cancel an order before it has been processed and your license has been sent — once your license key has been delivered, the order is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy instead. Belkode LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Billing Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of our website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
