Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. This page explains how to cancel an order, what happens after a cancellation is confirmed, and what your options are once your license has already been delivered.
You can cancel your order any time before your license key has been delivered, for a full refund at no charge.
1Can I Cancel My Order?
Because delivery is instant and automated, orders are typically processed and license keys are sent very shortly after payment is confirmed. This means the window to cancel is short — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Before Delivery — Full Cancellation

2How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by email. Have your order number and full name ready so we can locate your order quickly.
3Already Delivered?
If your license key has already been delivered, we’re unable to cancel the order — but you may still be eligible for a return. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
4Ordered the Wrong Product?
Contact us immediately if you realize you ordered the wrong product or the wrong edition. If your license hasn’t been sent yet, we can cancel it and help you place a new order for the correct product. If it’s already been delivered, our Refund & Returns Policy applies instead.
5Cancellations by Belkode
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:
- We’re unable to verify your payment details
- The order is flagged as suspected fraud
- There’s a pricing or listing error on the product
- The product is no longer available through our sourcing partner
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you’ll be notified by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6Refund After Cancellation
Your cancellation is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from Belkode.
Your full payment is refunded to your original payment method — no deductions, no fees.
A refund confirmation email is sent once the refund has been issued on our end.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear — this final step is outside our control.
