Because every product is a software licence key, there is no physical item to package or ship, and no shipping cost, carrier, or tracking number involved. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and your licence is sent to the email address you used at checkout.

Delivery is instant — your order is processed automatically and your licence key is emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. If your email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact our support team with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.

3Where Your Licence Is Sent
Your licence key is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please double-check this address before completing your purchase — since delivery is instant and automated, we’re not able to guarantee redelivery to a different address if the wrong one was entered, though our support team is always happy to help sort out delivery issues.

Belkode LLC currently sells to customers in the United States. Since delivery is by email rather than physical shipment, there’s no PO box or address-type restriction — just a valid email address at checkout.
